Returns & refunds

We trust you will appreciate your purchases from MH Home, but we are also aware that occasionally, things might not turn out as expected. Therefore, we extend a lenient 30-day returns policy to our customers. Unless your product has a defect, we simply request that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed.

How to Return an Item:

Complete the returns portion on the dispatch note that came with your parcel.

Package the item(s) you wish to return securely, ensuring the filled-out dispatch note is enclosed.

Generate and print a returns label, attach it to your parcel(s), and take it to the nearest Royal Mail drop-off point.

Keep your Yodel receipt safe until your return has been fully processed.

Returns for Wholesale Customers:

Wholesale customers wishing to make returns should get in touch with our wholesale team at wholesale@mhhome.co.uk before proceeding.

Non-UK Mainland Returns:

For customers outside the UK mainland, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Oversized Item Returns:

If you have oversized items to return, reach out to us at info@mhhome.co.uk, and we’ll provide assistance on how to send your return back to us.

Fancy a Replacement?

If you wish to exchange a non-faulty item, return the item, request a refund, and then place a new order for the item you want. Reach us at info@mhhome.co.uk or call (your phone number) for assistance.

Our Price Assurance:

We maintain a 30-day price promise on our products. If you buy a replacement within 30 days, we’ll honor any promotional codes or offers from your original purchase.

Refunds for Promotional Orders:

If a promotional code was used in your order, refunds will be adjusted accordingly. Bundle deals and sets include a discount; if a product from a bundle or set is returned, you'll pay the full price for the items you retain.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued, but it may take a few more days for the payment to reflect in your account.

Made-to-Order Items:

All our divans & headboards are crafted to order, and we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty. We recommend ordering free fabric swatches to ensure the color and material meet your expectations.
